“华”情写照."Hua"Feelings

最近,《华。部落》多了很多留言。大数的,都在评论着华文学会的管理层等等的问题。管理人看了,突然感触良多。这种感觉,真的非笔墨能够形容。

俗语说得好,“万事起头难”!管理人认为,这正会是华文学会筹委们的心情写照吧?把头洗湿了,回不了头;回不了头,唯有硬着头皮继续走下去。哪怕,前面的路是崎岖不平,大风大浪... 筹委们做了事,未必会得到认可。不做事,也不能够。进退两难的阶段,说易说难也是相对。到底要怎么做,才合会员们的心意,这还真考技巧...

学习的阶段,难免会跌到。跌倒了,再站起来,勇敢走过。我们都是初哥,难免会做得不好。这不是借口。管理人想说的是我们都很愿意认真学习。我们努力学习,是为华文学会的未来铺路,是希望有人会延续华文学会的精神。说了,“万事起头难”,头绪很多,着手起来就麻烦。可怜的前锋队,就白白牺牲了。管理人更同情主席,有什么事情,第一个出来当箭靶。坐上了这个位子,就预了要担。这个“担”,是担负起所有学会大大小小的事务。别忘记,主席也是初哥,也正一同地学习,想为华文学会出一份力。管理人想,他当初该没有想到,他之前小小的念头,会发展成今天的规模吧。

华文学会的成立,是靠多方面的坚持,努力和支持。管理人,是有永远说不完的谢谢。因为有你们,所以我才会有机会坐在这里写这篇文章。不能够忽略的,当然还是我们的会员。所以,为何不看看我们拥有的特色?要比较,是会有永无止境的竞争。而我们只能够要求做到心安理得、问心无愧、对得起人,对得起自己,尽了力就好。

能够说的,就是每一个人的心中,都有一把自己的尺,做出自己衡量出的所谓标准。管理人今天说太多了,到此为止吧!

Recently, there are many messages in "Hua.Blog". Large number of them are actually commenting about CCS management and so on questions. The Manager felt a sudden great deal of feelings. Indescribable feelings.

The Chinese proverb said well, “all things begin difficultly”! The Manager believed that this could be CCS committees' mood portrayal? It's too late to turn back now. Even if, the front road is rugged, great storms… We had chosen this path to walk down. But what the committee did, no immediate approval or praise. Yet, if the committee stay still, then they'll be criticize as well. The stage's in a dilemma, easy or difficult, it looks the same. How to do to suit the members, it's a skill to learn...

The beginning stage, unavoidably we will fall. Then tumbled, stands again, and passes through bravely. We are at the beginning, that we do not well performed. This is not an excuse. What the Manager is trying to bring out is we willing to study earnestly. We study diligently, to hope to paves the way for CCS's future, and hope that members will continue CCS's spirit. Said that “all things begin difficultly”, the ideas bombastic, but begins troublesome. The pitiful vanguard team, in vain sacrificed. But the Manager sympathizes the President, whatever happen, he's the first to come out to face the fault. On this seat, he has the responsibility. This "load”, shoulders every happening in CCS. Don't forget that the President is also a beginner, he also learning, but he wants to strive for CCS. The Manager thought that he initially did not thought that, his small thought will develop into today scale.

CCS was created by various insistence, diligently and support. The Manager can't never thank enough. Because of your commitment, therefore I have the opportunity to be here writing this article. Of course cannot neglect our member. Therefore, why doesn't we look at the characteristic which we have? Competition is never end. Only we can request to achieve satisfied, have a clear conscience, do the right thing, and give our best.

I can only say that is in each person's heart, there is this ruler, to make the so-called standard which one weigh. I've said too much today. Time to stop!
