舞台像一个工具，不同的故事，有不同的味道
舞台像吸水草，饮用不同的水，享受不同的味道
5月19、20、23日在这一个平台让我们一同利用一根吸水草享用不同的味道
每一口都新鲜，每一口都不一样。
这次就让我们品尝两口不一样的饮料

第一口我们将细细品尝来自于我们自身的矛盾。
置身于一场人神交错的会谈，并用尽所有勇气和它对持。
矛盾将带来的是恶性的冲击？还是良性的摩擦？
这一切还得等你咽下这复杂的第一口才知道他的奥妙。

第二口我们将吸进无尽的情感，
体验在男人和女人之间无尽的推挤和压缩。
亚当与夏娃的后裔这几亿年的纠缠不清，我们得到的是什么，
而又是什么把这两种不同的个体连在一起？
是丘比特，还是男人和女人自身的欲望？

The Stage is like a straw, with every different drink, there’s a different taste

Within every sip, theres a different experience.
Let us bring you on a tour,exploring two kinds of different sensations.

First sip, the contradiction within ourselves
In the conversation between the Almighty and human beings,
insisting and standing firm on your beliefs with all your strength
Is it to demotivate? Or a challenge?
The miracles within will only appear from the entire journey of this complex mixture of taste

Second sip, is the taste of Love and emotions
Attraction and rejection between man and women,
From the descendants of Adam and Eve for centuries, what can we achieve from that?What unites the two distinct individuals to become as one
Is it Cupid? or is it the desire that exist within all mankind?

Let us experience this with every sip in The Straw.

牛年农历新年联欢晚会 - 感言

2009 已丑牛年

联欢晚会已圆满结束了！

华文学会又再一次成功的举办一场盛大的活动！

如今，农历新年不再只是华人的节庆；

我们也吸引到许多非华裔的朋友们一同参与。

这场晚会真的令人难以忘怀。

很多精彩的表演一一在此现出：

舞狮、相声、扯铃、街舞、演唱等。

这绝对是台上一分钟，台下十年功的努力。

在此，很感谢精英大学给予我们一个这么美好的舞台、

感谢华文学会与下乡团全体工作人员、

感谢呈现如此精彩表演的嘉宾们、

也感谢出席此晚会的朋友们。

你们的到来，使我们这场晚会增添不少色彩。

最后，华文学会会更加努力，

呈现更多华文文化的节目给予大家。
